Returns & Warranty

We truly value every item that’s represented in our store. If your not satisfy with purchase, you have 14 days from delivery  to return for full refund, exchange. 

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unworn, in original packaging, and include all accessories (gift boxes).

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Any item showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

How to start a return

Please email return@themerchandcompany.com with your first and last name, the email you used during checkout, order number, and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds & Processing

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

• Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

All exchanges we be made at equal or higher value. If you chose an item of higher value you must pay the difference.

Warranty 

Your jewelry is protected for a full year against any material or manufacturing defects, including fading or discoloration. This does not include if product was tampered with. If there’s an issue, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

How to start a warranty

Email warranty@themerchandcomany.com your first and last name, the email used during checkout, order number, and the issue with the product. You will then receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Once the product is received we will do an assessment to see if its been tampered with. Once the product has went through inspections you will receive and email on the next steps.
